Root-caused and fixed React/RJSF form-validation crashes and duplicate-submission bugs in the design-import and catalog-publish flows.
Hardened CI workflows by adding least-privilege permissions blocks.

Fixed a storage validation bug that let invalid or empty bucket names resolve to the base storage directory, closing a data-loss risk in deleteBucket().
Enabled running multiple InsForge instances side by side by removing hardcoded Docker container names and making service ports configurable through environment variables.
Fixed SQL Editor tab overflow and scrolling with responsive tab layouts, truncation and horizontal navigation for long tab names.
